Central Consolidated, Inc. was chosen to complete all of the plumbing, piping, and fire protection for this customer of ours. Our employees worked hard to ensure that this building was inspiring, efficient, safe, and beautiful. The three story building contains over 300 sprinkler heads. Extra sprinkler heads were placed around the staircase at every level, creating a shower curtain for safe passage from the building. The water bottle refilling stations keep track of the number of disposable bottles the system has replaced to date. Another contributing component was the installation of a 96% efficiency water heater. Several noteworthy aspects include the state of the art main kitchen which includes flexible natural gas and water piping to appliances that allow for limited but safe repositioning for periodic cleaning. The installation of a Thermaco Big Dipper eliminates the need for expensive outside underground grease traps.
