Pre-Engineered HVAC Energy Project

The Bernadine Sitts Intermediate Center and the Charles O. Stones Intermediate Center are in the USD 457 Garden City, Kansas School District.

This pre-engineered HVAC energy project included demolition and installation of Chillers, Boilers, VRFs, RTUs, DOAS, ductwork, electric unit heaters, and electric ceiling units between the two Intermediate Centers.

Upon completion, we left these Intermediate Centers with a more efficient, mechanical system that will serve the facilities for years to come.

We brought to the table our extensive knowledge, years of experience, and an excellent working relationship with all the parties involved to make this project a success.
