New Construction

Safety at all costs is the best description of the construction of NCRA’s new Alky Control Room. This freestanding building is relatively small in size but required very specialized and careful mechanical building processes.


Despite the intricate nature of this project, we were able to complete it under budget and within an agreed upon time frame, and without injury or incident. Clear communication and careful planning made it possible to create a functional and truly safe structure.

We are proud to have been part of the team that delivered a building that will serve NCRA’s Alky Control team for years to come.
